Some personal information will be collected during your use of our product. This information can be divided in two parts: the personal data collected before and during the purchase, and the data collected after the purchase and during the actual use of our training kits.
Before and During Purchase
Before the purchase some of your data can be collected by Google, because we use Google Analytics for statistical purposes. Thanks to Google, we will know, for example, how many users accessed our site, when, how much time they spent on our website, and more technical data. This information cannot be tracked to any individual. It is totally anonymous. You can read Google’s Privacy Policy in more detail here.
During the purchase process, your personal information will be handled by PayPal Inc. PayPal’s Privacy Policy can be consulted here. From PayPal, we will only receive a confirmation that you paid; no financial data – credit card number, or even credit card type – will be shared with us. PayPal uses secure servers to handle your information so it remains safe at all times. We will also receive your name and your email address.
After Purchase
Once we received a payment confirmation from PayPal, we will send you an Access Link – to the email address that you provided during payment. That Access Link will redirect you to a Registration Screen, where we will ask you a few questions.
We will ask:
Your Name: it will be used on your Completion Certificate if you require one.
Your telephone number: optional, in case you wish to be contacted by phone
Your State and City of Residence: knowing where you reside allows us to offer you a better service.
Your test date: you can use an approximate date. We use this information to tell you “how many days you have left until the Test” in your Control Panel. We also will send you 1 (one) email message a few days after the date that you will pick as your test date, to ask you for feedback on our training program.
We will not collect any personal information beyond that point.
We totally delete all your personal information after 12 months of user inactivity. Since our Complete Kit has unlimited validity, accounts can be restored even after your information has been deleted, provided you have a proof of payment – a receipt from PayPal.
You can instruct us to delete all your personal information at any time by contacting us, but it may affect your ability to use the training to full extent.
We do not share your email addresses or any other information with anyone.
You will only receive three email messages from us during the entire duration of your training: Access Link; Access Password; Please Evaluate our Service. No other messages will be sent, unless you activate the feature “Daily Test” (see Features).
