General Description of Service
Our product is entirely web-based. All you need to use it is a computer with a web browser such as Firefox, Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer or Chrome, and an internet connection.
To make a purchase, any major credit card is accepted, as well as PayPal. Credit cards payments are processed by PayPal. You will receive an instant confirmation of your payment from PayPal. Please do not delete that message.
Your financial information is 100% secure with PayPal, which is the world’s largest online payment processor with millions of users. We are only informed of the outcome of the payment, and never receive the details such as your credit card number. All sensitive information is handled by PayPal’s secure servers.
Within a few moments from the purchase, and normally immediately after the purchase, you will receive an Access Link. We will send it to the email address used during the payment. Please make sure you indicate your email address correctly.
In order to access your training account, you will need to click on the Access Link and complete a Registration process. We will ask a few questions, which are described in our Privacy Policy.
Upon completing the Registration you will be redirected to your Control Panel, and at the same time you will receive yet another email message, this time containing your Access Password – a short password that you will need to access your account later. You can also set your own password by going to Settings > Change Your Password, in your Control Panel.
If you don’t receive your Access Link within 20 minutes, please contact our Customer Support Team. But before doing that, please also check your Spam Folder (Junk Mail Folder). Since we are not a usual contact for you, your mail service might consider that our message is advertising or some other useless piece of mail.
After accessing your Control Panel, you can download your copy of the Study Guide, or Practice Questions in PDF format. Please note that only a selection of questions is available in Printable Document Format (PDF). The entire question database can be found in Online Tests, such as Custom Test, Test by Chapters, Real Test Simulation, True or False, etc.

Refunds
We will gladly refund your purchase if you made a duplicate purchase; were unable to access your email or for some other reason never received your Access Link and therefore didn’t complete your Registration process (inactive accounts); failed your official citizenship test. A scanned copy of your Notification Letter will be required to issue that refund. Please note that due to PayPal conditions, we are only able to issue a refund within 90 days from the purchase.
Technical and Billing Support
Our Customer Support Team can be contacted via this Contact Form. Replies are usually posted within 4-8 hours. Maximum waiting time for a reply is 12 hours. We can read your messages and reply in English or French.
Alternative Payment Methods
At this time we only accept PayPal and credit cards via PayPal. But in case you don’t have a credit card, or are unwilling to pay using a credit card, we offer the possibility to pay by Direct Deposit or Bank Transfer at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Please contact us for more information.
Conditions of Use
Our training packages are meant for individual use only. The validity of your access depends on the type of your training package. Light: 3 days, Basic: 7 days and Complete: Unlimited Access.
Upgrades
Light and Basic kits can be upgraded to a Complete Kit by submitting a payment for the price difference ($25 (Light users), $15 (Basic users). Upgrade buttons can be found in your Control Panel.
Disclaimer
We are in no way connected with the Australian government and cannot guarantee that our questions will match the questions at the official citizenship test. The official questions are not published and their circulation is expressly prohibited by Government regulations. Our training program is meant to prepare you for the test based on the official Study Guide, “Australian Citizenship: Our Common Bond”, which is the publication on which all the questions are based. The Study Guide itself (and its MP3 version, in the Complete Kit), is included with your package free of charge. Hard copies, if needed, can be obtained from the Department of Immigration and Citizenship directly.
